高抗车辙性沥青混凝土的配合比设计

摘    要:通过对PR PLASTS抗车辙剂的作用机理分析,进行了高抗车辙性沥青混凝土原材料技术指标试验,施工配合比设计和马歇尔试验,确定出添加PR PLASTS抗车辙剂的沥青混合料最佳油石比,并依此进行车辙试验,确定PR PLASTS抗车辙剂的最佳添加量,结果表明PR PLASTS抗车辙剂的最佳添加量为沥青用量的4%。

Abstract:The action mechanism of PR PLASTS anti-rutting agent was analyzed, the raw material specifications test of asphalt concrete with high anti-rutting, construction mixture ratio design and Marshall test were made, the optimum asphalt aggregate ratio of asphalt mixture with PR PLASTS added was determined. And the rutting test was made to determine the optimum adding amount of PR PLASTS. The results showed the optimum addition of PR PLASTS was 4% of asphalt content.
