摘    要:为实现在水相直接光度测定,在总结相关工作经验的基础上,研究了在非离子型表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,双硫腙与锌的显色反应,结果表明,在HAC,NaAc缓冲介质中,锌与双硫腙形成红色络合物,采用该方法测定水中锌含量操作简单快速,值得推广。

Abstract:In order to realize direct luminosity measurement in water, on the basis of summarizing relevant working experience, the paper studies the color reaction of dithizonee under the existence of non-ionie surfaetant Triton X-100. Results show that : Zinc and dithizone form red complex in HAC and NaAe buffer meson, which is fast and simple in operation. Thus, it is worth promoting.
