| 摘 要： | 根据施工现场管理经验,针对民用建筑工程中容易出现渗漏问题的部位,从基础防水、外墙防水、卫生间及屋面防水等几个方面出发,对建筑工程中防水施工工艺和细部做法进行了研究和总结,并提出了一些防水施工建议。

| Abstract: | According to the management experience of the construction site, the paper researches and sums up the waterproof construction craft and the detailed method in architectural projects from the basement waterproof, the external wall waterproof, the toilets and the roof waterproof accoming to the usual seepage in the civil building construction, and points out the waterproof construction suggestions. |
