摘 要: | 高纯金属镓主要以砷化镓、磷化镓、氮化镓及低熔合金等形式应用于电子、通讯等行业,近年来应用越来越广。需求量逐年增加。对高纯金属镓的制备方法进行了综述,重点介绍了电解精制法、部分结晶法、电解-结晶法、真空精馏法、真空热解法等,认为我国应加强高纯金属镓的研制及生产。

Progress of Technology on Preparing High Purity Gallium |

Abstract: | Gallium with high purity is mainly used in electronic and communication industry in the form of GaAs, GaP, GaN and low melt point alloy. The application of gallium with high purity becomes wider and the need for it increases steadly. The paper reviews the method of manufacturing high purity gallium, with emphasis on electrolysis refining, partial crystallization, electrolysis crystallization, vacuum rectification, vacuum thermal decomposition and so on, and proposes that it is essential to enhance the research and production of high purity gallium in our country. |
