摘    要:电涡流传感器是基于电涡流效应,将非电量转换为线圈阻抗的变化进行测量的。它具有体积小、灵敏度高、动态响应快和非接触测量等优点,目前广泛应用于电力、石化、机械、冶金等行业。本文提出一种基于电涡流位移传感器在线测量列车行驶速度的方法。通过对电涡流位移传感器输出原始脉冲信号处理,最后得到当车轮经过测量装置时只捕获到唯一的信号,根据两个电涡流位移传感器信号上升沿计算得到列车的行驶速度。

Abstract:The eddy current sensor measure non-contact based on the eddy current effect.Now,the eddy current transducers are widely used electric power,petrifaction,mechanism,and metallurgy because of its untouchable detecting,fast dynamic response and better adaptability.The paper put forward the novel method based on the eddy current sensor to measure train's velocity on line.The measurement system includes two eddy current sensor and they are fixed on one side of the rail.After transformation and time lapse,the wave phase can be used to calculate train's real-time velocity.
