| 摘 要： | 介绍了光子晶体波导的原理,然后运用时域有限差分方法(FDTD法)分析了二维光子晶体波导的传输特性,最后运用Matlab语言实现了二维光子晶体波导的仿真,使用的是TM模.

| Abstract: | The theory of photonic crystals waveguide is introduced in this paper. And the transfer quality of two-dimensional photonic crystals wavegude is analyzed using finite difference time domain method.Matlab language is used to program the FDTD arithmetic.The TE wave of photonic crystal is the research object. |
