摘    要:
随着单元制火力发电机组容量的日益增大,大部分大容量机组都参与了调峰运行。凝结水泵是火电机组的主要辅机之一,耗电量较大。降低水泵电耗,提高水泵本身的效率是最基本的要求之一。结合湖北荆门热电厂凝结水泵的高压变频改造项目,通过对水泵的节能分析,明确了改造的必要性。变频调速装置不仅可以明显地达到节能目的,更主要的是调节性能好,同时也改善了凝结水泵和电动机启动性能,延长设备使用寿命。

Abstract:
With the increasing of the capacity of unit system thermoeleetficity generation unit, most of the large-capacity generating units are involved in the operation of adjusting peak. An condensate pump is one of thermal power unit's main auxiliary engines with large power consumption. Reducing pump consumption and improving the efficiency of the pump itself is one of the most basic requirement. In this paper, the author using the condensate pump frequency conversion innovation project of Jingmen thermal powel plant clears about the transformation necessity through an pump's energy conservation analysis. Frequency control device not only can obviously achieve the purpose of energy saving, but also have a good control characteristic, also simultaneously improves the condensate pump and the electric motor starts and lengthens equipment' s service life.
