格构增强夹芯复合材料的力学性能

摘    要:
为了解决传统夹芯结构z向刚度和强度较低的缺点,以近年来出现的z向增强技术之一格构增强技术为研究对象试制了几种不同结构参数的格构增强夹芯复合材料板,取得了良好的增强效果。同时研究了格构增强结构的压缩和弯曲性能,揭示了格构增强结构不同于传统夹芯结构的破坏模式。

Abstract:
Because of the low modulus and strength along Z direction of traditional foam core sandwich structures, a variety of different parameters of structures of web-core reinforced sandwich composite plates were processed by VARI technology. According to the results of experiments, it was found that web-core reinforced sandwich structures can improve the basic mechanical properties notablely. The basic mechanical properties of these sandwich structures including compression and bending test were studied. Its failure mode that different from traditional sandwich structure were also revealed.
