摘    要:以二乙烯三胺、二硫化碳为原料合成了二硫代氨基甲酸盐类重金属捕集剂DTC(BETA),分析了DTC(BETA)对单一含铜废水的捕集效果。结果表明:在废水pH为4~10范围内,搅拌时间为10min,捕集剂用量为废水中Cu^2+含量的9倍(质量比),不加絮凝剂时,重金属捕集剂能处理较宽浓度范围的含铜废水,Cu^2+的去除率可达99%以上,处理后废水的Cu^2+浓度低于0.5mg/L,可满足国家排放标准。

Abstract:The heavy metal chelating agent DTC(BETA ) about dithiocarbamate (DTC) derivatives was synthesized with cliethylenetriamine and carbon disulfide as raw materials. The treatment effect of the chelating agent on wastewater containing Cu^2+ was investigated. The results showed that the removal ratio of Cu^2 + was above 99% under the following conditions: the mass ratio of the used quantity of chelating agent to Cu^2+ was 9, pH was 3-10, stirring time was 10 minutes, no flocculants agent was added, and the chelating agent could treat the various wastewater containing different content of Cu2+ successfully, the contents of Cu^2+ in the treated wastewater was below 0.5mg/L and met the national standard for wastewater discharge.
