| 摘 要： | 以研究重载摆角铣头摆动链传动误差分布规律为目标,分析影响重载摆角铣头传动误差的各个因素,建立起精确的传动误差计算公式,并以此为数学模型,根据各误差项分布规律,进行Monte Carlo模拟,通过对结果的统计分析,绘制出摆动链传动误差的分布曲线,并根据其概率密度的特点,采用K-S单样本检测方法对统计结果进行正态分布检测,验证摆动链传动误差符合正态分布规律的猜想.同时对影响重载摆角铣头传动误差各个因素分别进行模拟分析,得出各个误差项在总传动误差中的比例分布,为摆动链传动精度的优化设计提供依据.

| Abstract: | Base on the method of Monte Carlo simulation,according to the features of each part errors,the cure of transmission error of oscillating chain is drewn.Through method of the one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test,the conjecture that the rule of the transmission error of oscillating chain matches the law of normal distribution is certified.And then every part of the transmission error is separated,the result of the simulations shows the rate of errors in the total erros,so the results provided some references fo... |
