| 摘 要： | 以滚子摆动从动件圆柱凸轮的建模为例,利用Visual Basic软件对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,采用范成加工和布尔运算原理,实现圆柱凸轮三维参数化的精准设计.通过人机对话,实现不同尺寸参数及不同从动件运动规律的圆柱凸轮的设计和建模,以及CAD/CAM系统的开发.该方法简单直观且能创建精准的凸轮廓面,具有较高的实用价值.
