摘    要:逆螺旋装置是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型传动机构.为避免在传动过程中钢球之间相互挤压和碰撞,在螺旋轴上常采用曲面凹坑与钢球配合的方式传动,但这给加工制造带来不便.以逆螺旋传动机构中的螺旋轴为研究对象,提出对其采用四轴联动数控加工方法加工,并通过VERICUT软件进行加工仿真验证,实践证明该方法具有低耗、高效的优点,值得推广.
