总线式设备运行状态在线监测诊断系统的开发及应用

摘    要:电厂的辅助设备数量多、分布广,其运行的可靠性关系着电厂的安全与经济性。大庆石油热电厂采用MD2000总线式设备运行状态在线监测诊断系统,较好地解决了系统扩展、在线监测、故障诊断、设备保护、施工量大、成本高等问题,可早期发现设备的故障并及时处理,有效防止事故扩大。同时通过对设备故障状态的趋势分析,为状态维修提供科学依据。

Abstract:The auxiliary equipment in the power plant is of great number and wide distribution and its operation reliability is related to the safety and economy of the power plant. The application of the on - line monitor and diagnosis system of MD2000 bus type operation status in Daqing Oil Co- generation Plant can better solve the problems including the system expansion, on -line monitor, failure diagnosis, equipment protection, great construction and high cost. It can discover the failures early with remedy to prevent the failures from enlargement and offer scientific criteria for tendency analysis maintenance of the equipment under failed conditions.
