镍锰合金电铸中阳极现象的研究

摘    要:为了更好地控制镍锰合金的电铸过程、获得质量较好的电铸层,利用冲液式电铸沉积单元进行了镍和镍锰合金的脉冲电铸对比试验.试验发现,镍锰合金电铸时阳极上会产生疏松的黑色附着层.对提取的黑色粉末用扫描电镜进行能谱分析可知,该黑色附着层中含有较多的Mn和O,较少的Ni和很少的S.经化学分析和电化学理论分析可知,黑色附着层的成分为阳极上Mn2 发生氧化反应所形成的MnO2和阳极钝化所形成的少量Ni2O3.采取正确的过滤和沉淀措施后阳极黑色附着层对镍锰合金电铸过程不会产生明显的影响.

Abstract:The pulse electroforming of Ni and Ni-Mn alloy was performed using an electroforming device working on flushing electrolyte, which was aiming at controlling the electroforming process and obtain electroformed Ni-Mn alloy layer of improved quality based on a comparative study. The anodic phenomenon in the electroforming of Ni and Ni-Mn alloy was analyzed based on observation of the anode product using a scanning electron microscope and chemical and electrochemical theoretical analysis of the anodic process. It was found that a loose and black layer was formed on the anode in the electroforming of Ni-Mn alloy. The loose black layer was composed of a large amount of Mn and O elements, a small amount of Ni element, and little S element. In terms of the chemical composition, the loose black layer consisted of a large amount of MnO_ 2 produced by the reaction of Mn 2+ on the anode and a small amount of Ni_ 2O_ 3 formed by the anodic passivation. After proper filtration and precipitation, the loose black layer had little effect on the electroforming process of the Ni-Mn alloy.
