妊娠期糖尿病饮食控制对妊娠结局的影响

目的：研究并探讨针对妊娠期糖尿病患者的饮食控制对患者妊娠结局的影响。方法：选择2009年4月—2010年4月之间在我院进行产前检查并正常分娩的妊娠期糖尿病患者40例,随机分为未治疗组以及观察组各20例,同时随机选取同期住院分娩的20例产妇作为对照组,对比分析3组患者病理妊娠以及胎婴儿患病率的差别。结果：观察组患者的病理妊娠发生率以及胎婴儿患病率相比对照组患者差异不具统计学意义（P〉0.05）,病理妊娠发生率以及胎婴儿患病率与未治疗组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病患者的饮食控制能够显著改善胎婴儿的预后,对妊娠结局具有十分重要的意义。

Effects of Diet on Pregnancy Outcome of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Objective]To study and discuss diet control effect on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Result]Totally 40 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from 2009 April to 2010 April in our hospital for prenatal examination and normal delivery of patients were collected and randomly divided into 20 cases of untreated group and 20 cases of the observation group,while 20 patients were selected randomly from the maternal hospital delivery as control group.Differences among 3 groups of patients with pathologic pregnancy and infant morbidity were compared and analyzed.Result]Compared to patients in the control group and the pathological groups of patients with pregnancy and infant morbidity,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Compared to the untreated group,the difference between pathological pregnancy and infant morbidity was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion]Diet control for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus could significantly improve the prognosis of fetal baby,which had very important significance on pregnancy outcome.
