多孔陶瓷体的节能作用

摘    要:利用多孔体强化传热的功能.研制了多孔陶瓷体,应用在钢包烘烤装置上,使烘烤速度快,包衬温度高且均匀,可达到缩短烘烤时间1/4,节约燃料35%以上的节能效果.

Abstract:on the basis of the fact that the Porous solid has the function of enhancing heat transfer, the POrous ceramic body is developed and applied in the ladle baking device. As a result the baking rate is increased, the temperature of the ladle liner is high and uniform, the baking time is shortened by 1/4 and the fuel is saved by more than 35%.
