电动助力转向传动机构的建模与仿真分析

摘    要:从转向轴助力式电动助力转向系统减速传动方案出发,分析可行的两种方案各自优缺点,最终选择对蜗轮蜗杆——NGW差动轮系机构进行运动学和动力学分析,并建立三维模型,采用软件仿真分析具体方向盘和电动机转角规律下,有助力和无助力时齿条位移和速度变化线。从仿真分析知:有助力时齿条位移速度明显增大,揭示了提高驾驶员操纵方向盘舒适性的内在规律,为后续进行机构特性研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:We analyzed two steering column-type electric power steering system and chose the worm gear-NGW differential gear assisting mechanism for kinematical and dynamical analysis.Its three-dimensional model is built,and the rack′s kinematics curves with and without assisted power for certain steering angle and position are drawn.The simulation results show that the rack′s displacement and velocity evidently increase when the assistant power works,which gives the clue for improving the comforts of drivers for manipulating a steering wheel,and is useful for subsequent mechanism research under general inputs.
