Shell气化炉飞灰过滤器滤芯断裂问题分析及优化方法

摘    要:介绍了壳牌气化炉飞灰过滤器的结构及过滤原理,分析了实际应用中陶瓷滤芯断裂的判断及产生的原因,针对存在的问题结合实际操作经验给出了成熟的优化操作方法,这些方法都经过装置运行的检验证明良好地解决了以上问题。另外,文章介绍了金属滤芯在本单位装置中的应用情况,为以后干法除灰的发展做出了示范。

Abstract:The structure and principle of the ash filter in Shell gasification were introduced,and the judgment and causes of the ceramic filter fracture in practical application were analyzed. According to the existing problems,the optimum improved methods were gived to solve these problems with the actual operation experience. In addition,the application of metal filter element in our device was introduced,which made a demonstration for the development of dry- ash eliminate.
