| 摘 要： | 本文论述了我厂自行设计制造的CFRX95节能型滴注式可控气氛热处理自动线的主要结构特点。为实现最大限度地节约能源 ,采取了对主体炉结构改进 ,淬火余热利用 ,废气加热工件等多种措施 ,收到了明显的节能效果。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the main structure characteristics of self-desiged CFRX 95 energy-saved automatic heat treatment line which is of dripfeeding type and adopts controlled atmosphere.In order to economize energy maximally,certain measures have been taken,such as the improvement upon the structure of the main furnace,application of quenching excess heat,heating of workpieces with waste gas and the like.As a result,obvious energy-saved effect has be oblained. |
