基于PXI总线的RS422通信卡的设计与应用

摘    要:设计实现了基于PXI总线和SC28L202的4通道RS422通信卡。详细介绍了该RS422通信卡的功能组成和硬件原理;重点讨论了使用SC28L202实现4通道RS422数据的发送和接收、中继时间可控性、波特率配置以及Windows2000/XP下WDM设备驱动程序的设计与实现;同时,对RS422通信卡的测试实验和结果进行了总结和分析;文中研制的基于PXI总线的4通道RS422通信板卡在实际的航空测试工程项目中得到了很好的应用。

Abstract:Researching and Designing of RS422 correspondence card with 4 channels based on PXI bus and SC28L202 is the important part of this paper.Components of hardware and characters of card are introduced in detail.Using SC28L202 to design RS422 card with 4 channels,control of interrupt time,configuration of baud rat when sending or receiving data,and designing of WDM driver of Windows2000/ XP is discussed in the paper.The experimental results are summarized and analyzed.The correspondence card with 4 channels is meeting the design requirements and being used in the actual aviation test projects.
