摘    要:目的:采用先进的样品前处理技术、利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法建立植物源性食品中18种农药残留的检测技术。方法:样品用乙腈溶解,经QuEChERS法萃取净化,离心后过滤膜进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,以外标法定量。结果:18种农药残留在相应的浓度范围具有良好的线性关系(r≥0.993),各组分检出限在0.0003-0.003mg/kg之间。18种农药残留加标回收率在63.3%-105.0%之间,所测定的相对标准偏差在2.25%-6.67%之间。结论:方法快速,准确,可适用于大批量植物源性食品样品的快速准确测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for rapid determination of 18 kinds pesticide residue in Plant-derived food though the advanced pretreatment methods and the UPLC-MS/MS. Methods: A sample was dissolved in acetonitrile. The extractions were then extracted and purified through QuEChERS. Finally, the mixture was subsequently filtered for conducting UPLC-MS/MS analysis. Eighteen compounds were detected under the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and the corresponding quantification was performed by employing the method of external standards. Results: Good linearity were obtained in wide range and the correlation were greater than 0.993. The detection limits were between 0.0003-0.003mg/kg. The rates of recovery were 63.3%-105.0% and the relative standard deviations were 2.25%-6.67%.Conclusion:The method was fast and precise. The proposed method is rapid and can be employed for accurate determination of pesticide residues in large quantities of Plant-derived food samples.
