摘    要:
研究了催化裂化汽油中硫醇硫的分布规律和类型,FCC汽油中的硫醇硫主要存在于低沸点的馏分中。采用固定床反应器,以磺化钛菁钴为催化剂,考察了各种反应条件对脱硫醇结果的影响,确定了脱硫醇最佳反应条件。随着馏分沸点的升高,硫醇脱除率逐渐降低,表明轻组分中硫醇易于脱除,而重组分中硫醇较难脱除。

Abstract:
The distribution and types of mercaptan in FCC gasoline were studied.The conclusion was drawn that the main composition of mercaptan are in light fraction.The method of removing mercaptan was established through in-vestigating all the reaction conditions,using CoPc(SO3Na)4 as catalyst in fixed bed.The results show that sweeten-ing rate reduces with boiling point increase,so the mercaptan in light fraction is easy to be removed,but it in weighty fraction is difficult to be removed.
