摘    要:
从一种典型锅炉入手,分析水循环故障原因,提出解决办法和改进措施。通过对SZW4.2-0.7-95/70-AⅡ型热水锅炉的进水方式的改变,使得水冷壁内水的流速尽量达到或接近安全流速,使目前频繁爆管的现象有所改观或彻底解决这个问题。

Abstract:
The paper Analyzed the cause of water circulating failure in term of the principle of a typical boiler and proposed resolvent and improved measure .It make the flow velocity of water-cooling wall approach or reach safty value through tranformation of water-entry manner of SZW4.2-0.7-95/70-AⅡhot water boiler .The phenomenon of pipeline explode will be changed or resolved radically.
