基于单片机的变频调速恒压给水控制系统的设计

摘    要:结合矿区供水的现状,设计了-套基于单片机的变频调速恒压自动供水系统。系统采用单台变频器实现对四台水泵的软起动和调速,可根据用户用水量对水泵机组自动进行切换和调速,真正实现"按需供水",控制方便灵活,水泵运行效率高,节能效果非常显著,是矿区供水系统改造和发展方向。

Abstract:According to the present situation of water supply system on the mining area,a kind of variable frequency speed control constant pressure water supply system automatically based on MCU was designed.A single frequency converter was used to achieve four pump soft start and speed-adjusting.This control system can switch and speed water pumps automatically according to water users,and true realized ’on-demand water supply’.It is mine water supply system reform and development direction,because the control is convenient and flexible,high efficiency,energy-saving.
