| 摘 要： | 平面磨削在生产中用途极广,工件在平面磨削过程中经常会出现各种各样的表面缺陷,特别是在精密磨削中一些凭目测即可辨认的表面缺陷严重影响了产品质量,为解决和避免各类表面缺陷,以采煤机钻头修复为例,有针对性地扼要分析了平面磨削时工件表面缺陷产生的原因及防止措施。

| Abstract: | Grinding for plane was widely used in production,but various surface defects especially it can be identified with visual occur in high precision grinding was serious impact on the quality of production.In order to avoid surface defect,the reason analysis and prevention measures of surface defects on grinding for plane of workpiece was provided in this paper. |
