摘    要:研究了一种从不合格锂离子蓄电池正极片中直接回收钴酸锂的新工艺。先将LiCoO2从铝箔上分离开,然后再在高温下除去正极片中的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和碳粉等杂质,得到最后的粉末样品,并运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析技术对最后得到的样品进行了微观形貌与晶相结构的研究。结果发现,最后得到的钴酸锂中只含有少量的Co3O4杂质,经分析碳和氟的含量分别为0.018%和0.021%。SEM表明,样品表面光滑,颗粒细小均匀。

Abstract:A new LiCoO2 recovery technology of Li-ion battery was studied.LiCoO2 was initially separated from the Al foil,then PVDF and carbon powders were eliminated by high temperature calcining.Structure and morphology of the resulted samples were observed with XRD and SEM technique,respectively.XRD pattern indicated that there were only a few Co3O4 in the recovered LiCoO2,and there were only 0.018% C and 0.021% F in the LiCoO2.SEM indicated that the reco-vered LiCoO2 with homogenous distribution particles was smooth.
