镍氢电池储能监控系统的开发与应用

摘    要:上海市电力公司研发的智能电网综合示范工程中的100kW镍氢电池储能系统已于2009年4月正式投入运行。其监控系统具有先进的监控功能和良好的可扩展性。从介绍镍氢电池储能系统的网络拓扑结构和系统构架入手,分析阐述了该系统的功能定位、软件体系结构、功能模块等方面的开发情况。该监控系统已安全稳定运行一年多时间,性能良好。其平台的开放性使其可应用于其他电池系统的监控领域。

Abstract:Energy storage management system of 100 kV MH-Ni battery which developed by SMEPC as a pilot comprehensive exhibition project of smart grid has been put into operation in April 2009.The monitoring system of the battery has advanced the inspecting function and well expounding function.From the view of the system network topology and software framework,the developing of the functional orientation,software architecture and functional model of the monitoring system are analyzed.The system has been operating in stability for over one year and functioning well.The expandability of the system enables its feasibility for other battery systems in the field of monitoring.
