| 摘 要： | 描述了汽车变速箱总装线的生产状况；使用了em—plant软件进行仿真，运用了装配线平衡的方法，对总装配线瓶颈工序进行研究；提出了改进方案，改进后的总装线，调整了瓶颈工序。仿真结果表明，总装线作业率有了明显提高。
