偶氮颜料的偶合技巧

摘    要:有机颜料的着色性能与许多因素有关,但是其颗粒大小和粒度分布是一个非常关键的因素。偶氮颜料在生产过程中不像高性能有机颜料那样有一个专门的颜料化工序,而是在偶合过程中通过添加松香之类的加工助剂实现控制颗粒大小和粒径分布。随着印刷技术的不断进步,对印刷用偶氮颜料的性能要求也越来越高,单一添加松香之类的助剂已经不能满足高端用户的需求。此文给出了一些其他的方法用于控制偶氮颜料的颗粒大小和粒径分布。

Abstract:There are many factors of affecting the color performances of organic pigments, one of the key is their particle sizes and distribution. To control the sizes and distribution some rosin additives will be added during the synthetic process of azo pigments, that is different from the production of high performance pigments which have a special pigmentation process. With the advances in printing technology, the requirements of producing printing ink with azo pigments are higher and higher. To add rosin additives only has been unable to meet the needs of high-end users, hence, this paper gives some other means to control the particle size and distribution.
