| 摘 要： | 《物业管理条例》的正式颁布施行,为规范物业管理提供了法律依据,为油田物业企业的改革和发展指明了方向,同时也提出了新的挑战。走江汉油田物业发展之路,应该在不断提高职工业务素质的基础上,充分调动和发挥业主委员会的作用,完善各项规章制度,努力实现服务项目的多元化。

| Abstract: | The formal promulgation and enforcement of“Property Management Regulation”has provided the law for standardizing the property management,indicated the direction for the reform and development of the property enterprise of oil field,and has also put forward new challenge at the same time. Following the development of Jianghan Oilfield,we should fully redeploy and exert the roles of property-owner committee,perfect various regulations and endeavor to realize the diversity of service projects on the basis of improving the employee's qualification constantly. |
