基于FPGA的工业X-CT 2代扫描运动控制卡设计

分析比较了工业X-CT扫描运动控制的特点,提出了在优先满足工业X-CT 2代扫描运动控制的基础上,实现对工业X-CT扫描运动通用控制的设计方案,使其能同时支持1,2,3代扫描的运动控制.通过将FPGA芯片EP1C3T100C8及单片机AT89LV52应用于2代扫描运动控制的设计,研究开发了控制卡,即采用步进电机作为控制系统的执行机构,以提高系统的经济性和稳定性,数据的同步采用了FIFO技术,功能模块的选择采用了译码电路的方法,并通过状态机以实现对时序的匹配.研究结果表明,所设计的2代扫描运动控制卡不仅快速、稳定,而且可以利用基于Windows操作系统的控制软件进行各种控制参数的灵活选择,达到了使其能同时支持1,2,3代运动扫描的目的.

Design of the 2nd generation scanning motion control card based on FPGA for industrial X-CT

Analyzing and comparing by the properties of the scanning motion control for industrial X-ray computed tomography(X-CT),a design idea of scanning motion general control is put out in this paper,namely,based on the first meet to need of 2~(nd) generation scanning motion,the designed control card can be used in 1~(st),2~(nd) and 3~(rd) generation motion scanning mode at the same time.Under the above idea,a 2~(nd) generation scanning motion control card based on FPGA(field programming gate array) for X-CT has been designed,which is such a card as using micro-processor AT89LV52 and FPGA Chip EP1C3T100 to perform the second method control.The experiment results show that the designed card for scanning motion control is not only fast and stability,but also agile choices of control parameters using control software visual C++6.0 in the Windows 2000 environment,accomplishing 1~(st),2~(nd) and 3~(rd) generation motion scanning mode at the same time.
