本文从批判的角度对城市发展的价值导向、城市交通系统内部各子系统之间的定位关系以及对城市与交通规划中部分重要理念的认识进行了解析，剖析了交通拥堵等城市病的产生在规划层面的原因，并对规划方法提出了建议。

Analysis on the Planning Source of City Traffic Congestion

This paper from the critical perspective analyzes the value orientation of urban development, the orientation re-lationship between of every subsystem in urban traffic system, and the understanding of the important part of the concept of urban and transportation planning, analyzes the causes of traf-fic congestion in the planning level such as urban disease, and proposes some suggestions on the planning method.
