| Abstract: | This paper pointed out that the thermal power plant coal handling building, because of influence of water washing dust, caused problems to the building environment. From the design principles of “fast drainage, effective impervious”, the author put forward specific design measures and specific de-coration standards in the whole plant of coal construction. |
