树脂吸附法分离纯化黄芪多糖的研究

摘    要:研究了大孔吸附树脂分离纯化黄芪中黄芪多糖的工艺条件。以黄芪多糖的吸附量和吸附率为考察指标,从中筛选树脂,并研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化黄芪多糖的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果表明:X-5树脂对黄芪多糖有较好的吸附分离性能,适合于黄芪中黄芪多糖的提纯,经该树脂吸附解吸,饱和吸附量可达30.83mg/g,解析率达81%。大孔树脂分离纯化黄芪多糖的纯度可达71.3%,而上柱前粗提物中黄芪多糖纯度为56.32%,说明采用该法分离纯化黄芪中黄芪多糖是可行的。

Abstract:To study the technological parameters of the purification process of Astragalus polysaccharides with macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The static adsorption capacity and adsorption ratio were used as parameters to select the resin. The adsorptive characteristics and elution parameters of the resin were studied. Results: Resin X-5 had a good separation performance and was selected to purify Astragalus polysaccharides. The static adsorption capacity was 30.83 mg/g and the desorption ratio was 81%. Conclusion: The purity was increased from 56.32 % to 71.3%.This process was practical.
