摘    要:本文根据Zevin法原理,作者提出自己的观点。用这种方法,能解决试样有不同的相组成和含有非晶态时的定量问题。相的重量分数只与每个试样中相的衍射强度比有关。相含量用同一样品中不同相的衍射强度来表示,有利于减小不同样品由于实验条件的差异引起的误差。在本文中,利用最小二乘法处理实验数据,以便进一步降低误差。

Abstract:In this paper,according to the principle of Zevin method,the author advance a newviewpoint.By using this method,the quantitative problem can be solved when the specimenscomprised of several different phases or the specimens contain non-crystal composition.Thephase weight precent have to do with the diffraction intensity ratio of each compositiononly.The composition is expressed by diffraction intensities from different phases in the samesample,thus,errors caused by the difference between different samples and experimentalconditions will be avoided.The author used the least square solution to process the experimentaldata in order to decrease the deviation further.
