摘    要:以管路结构及其水力学分析为基础,建立了反渗透系统中各膜容器进水管路压降的数学模型,进而分析了进水方式、进水流量、管径及管长等因素对容器进水压力的影响.通过正交分析明确了进水方式是影响各容器间进水压力差值的显著因素,并提出了反渗透系统最优管径的概念.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of pipe structure and hydraulics,the mathematical model of pressure drop on feed water pipeline for each membrane container in RO system was established.And then,the influence of pressure differential on vessel feed water with related factors was analyzed.Through orthogonal analysis,it was clarified that the water inlet pattern was a significant factor to affect the pressure differential.Finally,the concept of optimal diameter for RO system was proposed.
