基于紧密度要求的法兰接头三维有限元分析

摘    要:基于法兰接头的三维有限元分析 ,并考虑垫片的非线性特性 ,采用FEA分析方法得到了垫片应力分布的准确解 ;计算了螺栓弯曲应力并考虑了垫片应力的分布与接头紧密度之间的关系。将FEA方法所得到的垫片应力与Payney方法、ASME规范方法计算结果做了比较 ,结果表明 ,采用FEA分析方法将法兰、垫片、螺栓作为一个整体进行分析 ,考虑了法兰变形、垫片的非线性特性以及螺栓弯曲应力对垫片应力分布的影响 ,更加符合垫片的真实压缩变形和密封行为。

Abstract:This article presents the accurate distribution of the gasket stress, using the 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) of te bolted flanged joint with the nonlinearity of the gasket material. The bolt bending stress was calculated and the relation of the gasket stress distribution and the joint tightness was obtained. Gasket stress obtained was also compared with the predictions from Payney method and ASME Specifications. The result shows that the FEA method is more rational since it takes the flange and gasket and bolt as a whole object
