| Abstract: | This paper recommends the build-up of the fast electron switch protector GTRPWM variable speed drive for the variable frequency supply of squirrel-cage three-phaseinduction motors.The reasons of GTR easily being damaged are analyzed.It also gives experimental results of the fast electron switching circuit. |
