单旋轮偏心正旋测力系统的研究与应用

摘    要:针对偏心正旋的工艺特点,设计了一套间接测力装置,并对;陉向及轴向旋压力进行了动态测量,探讨了不同工艺参数对旋压力的影响规律。结果表明:偏心旋压径向旋压力远大于轴向旋压力。随着偏心量和名义压下量的增加,偏心侧径向及轴向旋压力都呈增大趋势。进给比小时,旋压力变化不明显。所得结果有助于工艺参数的优化设计。

Abstract:According to the process characters of offset forward spinning,an indirect force-test equipment was devised and radial and axial spinning force were tested.The different characters' influence on spinning force was studied.Results show that radial spinning force is bigger than axial spinning force,the radial and axial spinning force in offset side increases with the increments of offset distance and namely pass reduction.The spinning force will not change obviously if the feed radio is small.All the results are helpful for process parameter optimal design.
