摘    要:应用化学分析、硬度检验及金相分析等方法对XBM25装载机齿轮、齿圈的失效原因进行了综合分析。齿圈与齿轮联接跳动值大,两者处于不完全啮合状态,严重地载是造成其失效的主要原因。除齿顶外,被测齿圈硬度不足也导致齿轮、齿圈在短期内失效。

Abstract:The failed gear and gear ring have been investigated generally by the method of chemical analysis, the hardness checking and metellographical analysis. Because gear put into gear ring inccmpletely, their connecting jumping value is larger, strong overload causes of its failure. In addition, the hardness of gear ring and addendum is insufficent, that should be considered as one of failure reasons.
