摘    要:磁应变法是利用材料的磁性各向异性进行应力测量的无损检测技术,具有无损、绿色环保等特点,特别适合压力容器等高危设备焊接残余应力的测量。主要介绍了磁应变测试技术在算法方面的研究进展,并分析了目前存在的问题。

Abstract:The magnetic strain method is nondestructive testing technology based on the magnet- ic anisotropy effect; it is very suitable for the welding residual plane stress measurement of high risk equipments especially for pressure vessels, due to its non-destructive feature and green envi- ronmental protection etc. This paper describes a research progress of magnetic plane strain algo- rithm, and analyses its current doubt and problems.
