| 摘 要： | 按照事故致因理论的原理，根据原油码头实际生产情况和以往事故经验，分析可能造成码头溢油事故的原因。从而采取有效地针对性的防范措施，最大限度地消除事故隐患，防止原油码头溢油事故的发生。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of accident cause,the actual production conditions and past accident experiences are analyzed to get the probable causes of oil spill accident at crude oil terminal,so as to take effective preventive measures to eliminate hidden dangers and prevent the happening of oil spill accident. |
