原油中甾萜类化合物的精馏富集分析

摘    要:甾萜类生物标志化合物作为油源对比和油气运移的重要指标,在油气地球化学研究中得到了广泛的应用.甾萜类化合物存在于原油和生油岩的饱和烃组分中,通常用色谱-质谱法鉴定.对于高成熟-过成熟的原油和生油岩,由于甾萜类化合物含量太低往往鉴定效果不好或根本检测不到.用精馏法对该类原油和生油岩中的甾萜类化合物进行富集,然后通过柱色层分析和色谱-质谱鉴定,得到了较为理想的甾萜类化合物鉴定效果.

Abstract:Steranes and terpanes are widely used in petroleum geochemistry study since they are important indexes for oil sources correlation and oil and gas migration. Steranes and terpanes exist in saturated hydrocarbon component of oil and source rock, and they are usually identified by gas chromatogram-mass spectrum. Steranes and terpanes in high mature -over mature oil and source rock cannot be identified well because of their quite low content. This paper concentrates steranes and terpanes in high mature -over mature oil and source rock using distillation method and identifies with column chromatography and chromatography-mass spectrum, achieving better identification effect.
