翼钢低品铁矿烧结实践

摘    要:翼钢烧结分厂在2011年初至今所进行的一系列经济配料实践与实验,包括配用进口低品粉矿、国内褐铁矿等,探索不同的原料结构以及烧结矿主要成分的变化给烧结带来的影响.通过对操作参数的优化调整,在现有设备条件下,找出适合自己的低品铁矿烧结方法.

Abstract:A series of economic ingredients practice implemented in Sintering plant of Yicheng steel company in early 2011 so far, including import of low product powder grinding and domestic limonite, ere, and exploring different raw material structure and impacts of change in the composition of the main sinter to sinteringo Suitable low iron ore sintering product method in the existing equipment conditions was found out, through optimization to the operating parameters.
