摘    要:本文设计了一种基于VB的矿井主扇风机监控系统。利用RS-485串行通信,对不同厂家、不同协议的多种仪表实现了实时监测和远程控制,在VB环境下开发了人性化的管理界面和菜单,实现了主扇风机的各种参数的实时显示,同时开发了实时曲线、历史曲线及多种报表来显示电流、电压、温度及操作员的操作信息等实时和历史数据。从而保证了主扇风机在无人值守的情况下设备经济、可靠地运行。

Abstract:This paper introduces main fan control and monitoring system based on VB. The system which adopted RS-485 serial communication, achieves real-time monitoring and remote control between different manufacturers and protocols of in- strument. A user-friendly management interface and menus based on VB is designed, achieve real-time display of various parameters of working voltage, current, frequency and power of the fan mine. Meanwhile operator operating information and historical data ensure that the main fan performs reliable and unmanned guard condition, which ensures the fan~ safe and efficient operation.
