| Abstract: | In this paper,using principal component analysis,the BP neural network and other modern mathematical methods,construction of Xi＇an city real estate early warning system,and through the combination of single index and comprehensive index to forecast the real estate market running track,in order to reveal the Xi＇an city real estate operating conditions. |
