信息化管理平台在成都东客站建设过程中的研发及应用

在成都东客站建设过程中，由建设单位牵头，组织施工单位结合工程建设实际情况，通过研发与应用施工管理技术、计算机信息技术，建立工程信息化四方（建设、设计、监理、施工）管理平台，使工程建设向科学化、信息化、动态化管理方向发展，从而改造铁路建设的管理和建设组织手段，提高铁路建设信息化管理水平。最后提出总结、未来展望和结束语。

During the construction of Chengdu east railway station, based on construction actual situation, construction management technology and computer information technology＇s R＆D and application, construction unit cooperated with contractors to establish four - party （ construction unit, designer, supervisor and contractor） construction informationized management platform to promote the project construction to develop scientifically, dynamically and digitally, which would transform the management of railway construction and construction organizing means and improve informationized management level of railway construction.
