摘    要:以二甲苯二氯硅烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,合成了α、ω──氯聚二甲基硅氧烷,然后使之与含羟基的丙烯酸酯反应,获得了丙烯酸酯基封端的改性聚硅氧烷作为防粘剂的主体预聚物。本文研究了该预聚物的合成方法,UV引发聚会固化的性能以及防粘剂涂膜表面能的测算方法及其对防粘性能的影响。

Abstract:By using dimethyldichlorosilane and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4 ) as the main raw materials,this study has synthesized α、ω-dichloropolydimethylsiloxane, and maked that re acted with acrylic ester which include a hydroxyl group, a modified polysiloxane with terminal group of acrylicester was obtained.This product can be used as the oligomer of UV cured antitackifer. This paper introdused the synthesized method(reactive ratio, temperature and time), the property of UV initiated curing(for 500 high pressure mercuric lamp, cured time: 45-90s in N2 atmosphere ), the determination of the surface energy ( =26. 95~34. 96 mN/m) and its effect on the property of antitackiness (peel strength downing from 230N/2. 5cm t0 0. 87N/2. 5cm ).
