摘    要:在基于Internet/Intranet的车辆制动器优化设计过程中,负责结构、优化、稳健和工艺等的设计部门之间需要共享零部件的结构参数,并研究一种共享零部件结构参数的方法。基于Unigraphics(UG)环境,把结构参数(参数化尺寸)、属性参数、工艺参数和标准数据等存储在数据库中,通过数据库服务器实现数据共享,各设计部门可以根据权限读取和修改数据,设计结果实时地通过零部件模型和数据库之间的双向驱动反映出来。利用数据库技术、UG二次开发技术和ODBC技术实现了这一方法,为制动器设计提供了一个快速稳定的网络环境,在实际应用中基本满足了各部门之间合作的需要。

Abstract:In the process of Internet/Intranet-based optimal design of vehicle brakes, sharing of structural parameters of parts is demanded among the departments of structure design, optimization, robust design, technology, etc. A method of sharing the structural parameters of parts is introduced. It works under the Unigraphics(UG) software. By saving the structural parameters, attribute parameters, technological parameters and standard data into the database, data sharing can be realized through the database server. Users can read and modify these data according to their authority. By performing the two-way drive between the part models and the database, the design result can be reflected in real time throughout the network. This method is based on database technology, UG secondary development technology and ODBC technology and it meets the demands of cooperation among the departments by providing a fast and stable network environment.
