| 摘 要： | 以北京市农村住宅节能改造前后围护结构热工性能测试数据为基础,采用理论分析和数值模拟方法,研究了不同改造方案的节能效果.在各围护结构单项改造中,改造窗户节能效果最明显,成本最低,成本回收期最短.因此,既有农村住宅节能改造应首选改窗;在资金有限的情况下,按照外窗、外墙、屋面的优先顺序选择改造方式.
